The faculty advisor offers advice on the major program, course selection, post-graduation opportunities and research/independent study.  They also approve electives and major modifications, and evaluate transfer course articulations.  To meet with the faculty advisor, you may attend any of the drop-in advising hours listed below.

The peer advisor offers a peer perspective on course selection, schedules and professors, change of major and minor information, and referrals to campus resources. To meet with the peer advisor, you may attend any of the drop-in advising hours listed below.

No Individual Advising During Spring 2020

Mandatory Advising

All second and fourth year+ students and first year and second year+ transfer students in Statistics are required to fulfill a mandatory major advising requirement.  A registration hold will be placed on your record but will be removed once you have met your mandatory advising requirement.
